Q: Can you accomdate 2 people at the same time?

  • I work solo, so treatments are one at a time — but waiting your turn is more relaxing than you’d expect. While one of you is on the spa bed, the other can ease in with complimentary steam, massage chair, and eye massager — or upgrade the wait with a full-body LED light therapy session for $40. It’s a warm, healing cocoon that feels like your treatment has already begun.

Q: Can I bring my children with me?

  • Absolutely! Feel free to bring them over. I've got a movie projector, pop corns and cotton candy ready for entertainment, and I'll make sure to supervise them. They can even take a nap if they'd like. Additionally, I have a playpen available if necessary. If they prefer, they can also join you by the bedside. Just give me a heads-up beforehand.

Q:  Can you change services in the spa packages?

  • Yes we can!  Just let me know what you want and I will adjust the price.

Q:  Do you offer RMT massages?

  • I do have RMT friends that can help if I have requested.  Just message me.

Q: Do you do kids party?

  • Absolutely! Indeed, I offer more than just kids' parties—I also specialize in hosting ladies' spa parties. Explore the private spa parties page for further details. Feel free to PM me for additional information.

Q: What kind of payment do you accept?

  • I accept e-transfer and cash.

Q: Do you sell gift card?

  • Yes I do.  I can do e gift card.  If need a physical gift card, I can do that too and you can pick it up

Q:  Why do I open so late until 11:30pm?

  • My specialty lies in pampering moms! Nighttime offers them the rare opportunity to unwind fully. Once the little ones are settled at home, you can leave all worries behind and indulge in relaxation. Picture this: a tranquil steam shower awaits you, uninterrupted by children, followed by a complete spa package for the ultimate rejuvenation.

Q:  What is the cancellation policy? 

  • I totally understand — life happens!
    If you can’t make your appointment, just let me know as soon as you can. There’s no penalty for needing to reschedule.

  • No-shows are a little different.
    If I don’t hear from you at all and the appointment is missed, I may need to require a deposit to rebook in the future — just to protect time and availability for everyone.
