Traditional Thai Massage

Thai massage typically works with compression, no massage gel — rhythmic pressing movements directed into muscle tissues by either the, fingers, forearm, elbow, knee, and foot. Using a variety of different techniques on clients, who are either laying face up, laying face down, seated, or on their side. Stretching positions are accomplished with the therapist on the mat/table and moving your body into various positions. Your body will be compressed, pulled and stretched without any work on your part. Thai massage can be both relaxing and energizing, so it is a good choice if you want to be active after your massage.
